St Louis Courthouse Museum

The plane leaves this afternoon (well, the afternoon we took these pictures,) and we still have a big 'ole Arch to visit in St. Louis. The tickets are sold in the Courthouse Museum, so we got some pictures to share!

Glass model of the place. We like museums, don't judge us! Um, we're in a courthouse so please, don't judge us!

click on the "Read more" below to check out more old stuff?

Dome! Those are paintings way up there. Must have been fun doing THAT.

Window inside to the old wall?

Cool wooden winding stairway. Looked like it belonged in an elven village?

Closer look at those paintings on the ceiling.

Look down?

Not too busy today, so we get a bunch of clear pictures.

Neat architecture you can see the courthouse doors through the hole in the floor?

Lotsa law went on in here.

Readable plaque check out the history stuff?

 More modern but still old.

Red fountain? Not a vampire city or anything, the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team's color is red...

Let's go settle the West! Oh? That already happened?

Map! Where's Minty?

Old wall window. Probably had a bunch of apple pies on it. Yum.
