Merry Xmas !

Posting a few Xmas pictures hope everypony is having a fun day with lots of presents, I mean family and friend time!

Here's a cute Santa Clause! If you were a good pony, he brings you presents!

Aren't Xmas trees the BEST?! Full of lights and cool ornaments.

Here's a "Happy Holidays" picture for all the ponies who are not so much into Xmas. But it still counts for Xmas, too!

Star Wars Time!

There's this movie coming out, you may have heard about it. Star Wars - The Force Awakens? Sound familiar? Yeah it's all over the place. Star Wars has always been all about the "stuff" so we grabbed a bunch of pictures of Star Wars stuff!

Do they even NEED this giant ad to let everypony know the movie is coming out?

Connecticut Aquarium

Took a trip with my friend up to Connecticut and visited the Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk. We actually went a few months ago but still want to post up some pictures of all the cool new friends we saw.
Fishies! Don't they feel crowded all together like that? What part of "personal space" don't they understand?

Doesn't look as tasty like this...

Nopony is gobblin' this gobbler!

ARCH!

The highlight of any trip to St. Louis, the Thomas Jefferson National Westward Expansion Memorial! Also known as "The Arch" or "Gateway to The West"

There it is! Don't mind the construction mess, we were "lucky" to be visiting during a big renovation project so if you decide to visit it will probably look less like dirt and more like a happy park.

This might be the most pictures I've grouped together so click on the "Read more" below to check it all out!

St Louis Courthouse Museum

The plane leaves this afternoon (well, the afternoon we took these pictures,) and we still have a big 'ole Arch to visit in St. Louis. The tickets are sold in the Courthouse Museum, so we got some pictures to share!

Glass model of the place. We like museums, don't judge us! Um, we're in a courthouse so please, don't judge us!

Saint Louis Stuff

Here's a bunch of random pictures we took while around town in St. Louis, Missouri.

Stopped at a stoplight, we had enough time to take a picture of this old-looking cool building. I think it's a museum? Big cities often have cool old-looking buildings.

Wine Tour

While driving on the highway back to St. Louis, we stopped by a local winery so my friend could get some tasting and relax a little. Since I don't "drink" I took the tour instead and saw a bunch of neat factory stuff. They even let me take pictures! So here goes!

I wasn't really paying attention to the tour guide's statistics, so I can't recite the numbers, but this is one of the biggest wine producers in the WORLD.

Happy Halloween from The Darkness!

My friend is a huge fan of these Haunted Walk things, and The Darkness in St. Louis was supposedly one of the best in the world. So we got dragged along, um I mean, we happily jumped at the chance to go!

This giant warehouse in downtown St. Louis was FULL of scary stuff. Of course I couldn't take pictures inside of the scary stuff, but I will agree this was without a doubt THE BEST one of these things we've ever been in!

There was a museum of sorts after the trip through The Darkness, and I got plenty of pictures of THAT stuff. so click the "Read more" below to check it out!

Mule Trading Post!

There was an old Commodore 64 game called M.U.L.E. that was kind of like a board game. My friend played it A LOT and much of the game revolved around the Trading Post where players um, traded stuff. So you can imagine his excitement at seeing a sign for it in reality! Obviously a coincidence, but still worthy of some excitement. So we stopped in and traded for some pictures?

Time to look up the game M.U.L.E. and get it's catchy theme song stuck in your head? This Green Leggite is going in to look for some Smithore!

Wedding on a Farm!

The main reason we journeyed out to Missouri was to attend the wedding of some dear friends of ours. They lived almost 4 hours away from the airport in St. Louis, so it was quite a trip! The wedding was on the Groom's family farm, so there was lots of pictures to be had! I'll keep up the anonymous nature of this blog by not naming names, but our friends threw one amazing party, thanks for the adventure!

There's our friends posing for wedding photos in the background! You can see where the ceremony took place under the awning and guests were sitting on the hay bales. We're out in the country!

Missourable Vacation Time!

They named their state "Misery?" Oh, it's spelled Missouri? We had friends who were getting married so it's trip time! No trip would be complete without lots of pictures, so here comes the first batch! These are just random traveling pictures to get you in the mood for a trip.

This plane looked pretty small from the window, but it was a full size plane after all. We woke up at 2 a.m. to catch this flight so right now... yawn!

Another Random Day in NYC

Just walking around "The City" and grabbin' a few pictures to share.
This neat new take on a tour bus has seats that are sideways so you get a better view! If you haven't guessed by the big sign, it's called "The Ride."

School Idols!

Got a chance to go with my friend to see a limited-release anime movie in a theatre so I grabbed a few pictures to share!

The name of the anime is "Love Live! School Idol Project" it's about a group of school girls who form a kinda singing group to perform shows and promote their school to help prevent it from closing. It's a pretty good show so we were looking forward to the movie.

Before the movie, they were running all kinda of Japanese show clips. Here's a crazy game show where they have a rubber band around their face and they have to stretch and awkwardly eat marshmallows hanging from strings.

They showed a music video about a dog with a rainbow afro. The dog's name was um, super-inappropriate? Wow, that's.... Isn't it obvious that could be super-offensive or something?

Here's a Shao Lin Monk who head-stand-hopped up all 15 platforms. Amazing!

The movie was a big mess if you have never seen the show, but since we HAVE seen the show it was 2 hours of awesome fun. Here's some happy fans dressed up as characters from the show!

SWAG! They were giving away free goodies including a code for the phone game and odd character board thingies. There are nine main characters on the show and you only got one randomly. We luckily found an extra code on the floor somepony dropped (sorry to whoever dropped it!) and the board we wound up with was a character named Nico. If you've seen the show, you gotta say "Nico Nico Ni!"

Minigolf Treasure

On Vacay in the OBX! Or um, Vacation in the Outer Banks, North Carolina! Does "Vacay" sound silly or cool? Anyway... We played a round of minigolf, so I got some pictures!
Lost Treasure! I'm there! We are sitting in a mine cart on a railroad track that will take us around the course to where we start. So we get a bonus ride!

I was so HIGH!

Every Pony know what this is? It's a parasail! Attached to a 1200 foot rope that will soon take us up into the sky for an unforgettable ride!

Are you excited? Are we CRAZY?! Is it too late to back out?

We weren't brave enough to take the camera up for the ride but click on the "Read More" below to check out a few more pictures we took from the boat?

Lost a Colony?

Vacation time in The Outer Banks, North Carolina again! We went to see the local big-deal play for The Lost Colony. Based on the true story of an English colony that was kinda abandoned and nopony really knows what happened to the people who were there. So lets get some pictures and share!

Here's the marquee for the show! Lots off people were taking selfies with it, so me, too!

Surprise? Liberty City Anime Convention!

While walking around the city of White Plains, we recognized someone in a costume of an anime character. Not too big a deal, but kinda neat. One more spotting of another costume and we knew something was going on. A quick investigation confirmed a nearby anime convention! We didn't have enough time to "go" to the convention, but we still wanted to peek into the dealer's room for treasures. A quick negotiation with the "Council" and....
Press Pass! Nothing but cool things to say about the Liberty City Anime Convention! If you need an excuse to dress up in a fun costume this is the type of place to go!

Ran through and grabbed some fun pictures so check 'em out by clicking the "Read more" button below

High Line at Night

Recently we were driving through Manhattan looking for a place to eat some dinner. Afterwards we realized we were near something called The High Line. So lets go up and get some pictures!

The High Line is an old railroad track that was converted into a walkway above the streets of the city. Like a nature walk through the concrete jungle?

A lot of these pictures are kinda dark but click on the "Read more" below to check them out anyway?

Call of Jury Duty

Found these from a while ago and thought I'd post 'em. My friend got Jury Duty and brought me along to see if we could get some pictures.

You gotta wear this badge to feel important while walking around the place. They told us over and over how cool we were for contributing to the great legal system.

This was what most of the day was. Waiting in this room. For HOURS. Only near the end of the day did we get brought up to the courtroom for actual Jury selection. Long story, but the short version is we didn't get selected.

While waiting we found maps of the area. So zoom in and see something more fun than waiting in a room all day?

Finally back in the parking garage free to go. The shorter building in the middle of this picture is the courthouse. Thanks New Jersey! I feel like we really earned the 5 dollars they will pay us for the day.

Just Some More Stuff

Here's another collection of just random pictures we took while around town.
This room says Trash but you'll never believe what was actually inside!

Okay I don't actually have any pictures of what's inside. I just find it funny that a lot of Internet articles these days use "Click Bait" wording to get you to click the picture which brings you to a page so full of ads you can't actually get to the article. In any case, there probably is just trash in this room.

Still click on the "Read more" below please?

Play Us A Song Piano Man!

It's the Piano Man! Not really a super hero, just a super talented guy named Billy Joel. A Rock LEGEND and we went to go see him in concert! So I had to get some pictures to share!

You might have to zoom in a bunch, and see that little blur that's next to that other blur that's kind of a piano-shaped blur? Yeah That's Billy Joel! He was far from us but we could hear him just fine.

Click on the "Read more" below for some more (probably blurry) pictures!

Dinner Perfection

You might recognize Gordon Ramsay as the "intense" British Celebrity Chef who demands perfection or else the other chefs should "GET OUT!" Well, while we were in Atlantic City, we decided it would be worth it to check out his newly-opened restaurant in the Caesar's Casino. How could it be anything other than perfection? We were eager to find out.

Here's the free coaster we took home as a souvenir.

AC-BC Buy Some Stuff!

One of the best things about conventions is all of the hard-to-find merchandise! Not that big of a deal in the modern era of Internet Shopping, but still nice to shop the old-fashioned way of walking around and checkin' out cool stuff!

Super-detailed Transformers from Japan? YEAH! Oh wait those prices are a bit out of my range, yikes!

AC-BC Art

More stuff from the AC-BC convention! These show some of the crazy good art that was on display.

Here's my favorite souvenir, a My Little Pony comic cover hand-drawn and colored by Diana Leto, a professional My Little Pony comic artist! She drew my hair so flowing and pretty!

AB-BC Celebrities

We were not really sure if "Press Passes" gave us any special access so we didn't really go nuts and try to get interviews with all of the celebrities. Most of them were charging for autographs and pictures so we didn't feel it would be fair to try and get away with not paying. There were a few Panels to go to so we went and got some pictures.

Front row seats for this! Captain Kirk himself William Shatner! When the panel for the show The Flash was cancelled, Shatner stepped up and filled the spot. He can TELL the heck out of a story.

AC-BC

There was a comic/pop culture convention called Boardwalk Con in Atlantic City, or AC-BC for short. and not only did we go, but we got PRESS PASSES! Those are ours! I guess My Little Blog has been "reporting" on stuff for a long time but this makes it "official?" So now That we are PRESS we get to take a bunch of pictures obviously!

There's going to be many postings about the convention this first group is mostly just overall-stuff to get started into a convention mood.

Check out the stack of celebrity pass-holding envelopes on the desk there. Maurice LaMarche is a famous voice actor, among his many roles is The Brain from Pinky and The Brain. So yeah his badge was next to ours, that makes us rock stars or something?

Click on the "Read more" below like always!?

Photos of stuff

Here's a collection of some pretty random pictures. Just collected a bunch of the so I thought I'd post 'em up for sharing.

My friend had a total geek-out moment in Burger King. Anypony seen Star Wars Episode 3 Revenge of the Sith?  "Order 66" was the order given by The Emperor to activate the Clone Troopers into murdering all of the Jedi. So I guess if there were any Clone Troopers in this Burger King when they called out this order, things might have gotten a bit crazy? Yeah sorry for the long explanation.

We road-tripped out to The Poconos in Pennsylvania to go to the enormous outlet shopping center The Crossings. We figured we'd be spending lots of money but pictures are free, so why not get a few of those while we're there?

Zabars

New York City is filled with all kinds of popular old places. Got a chance to visit a deli-market place called Zabar's so I gotta get some pictures to share, right?

Here's the outside. You know it's gotta be good because it's taking up a lot of space. Well, in NYC this counts as a lot of space.

Carlo's!

There's a popular TV show called Cake Boss about this New Jersey guy "Buddy" Valastro who bakes custom cakes and has a very fun way of saying "Chocolate" (Choaw-clet?) The show is at Carlo's Bake Shop and they recently opened up a location in Times Square, so what's the big deal about a hundred-year-old bake shop?
Here's the outside. Image of Buddy greets you through the window. He's not 100 years old but the Bake Shop in New Jersey is.
