Around the World Showcase part 1

The World Showcase is a major part of Disney's Epcot theme park. There's a big lake, and all around it are various "country" sections highlighting the cultures of the world. People from those countries work there, you can sample the "local" cuisines, shop for some regional souvenirs, and generally once you've made your way around the lake you really feel like you've been on a trip!

Our trip started in Canada. Surprising to me, but this is the only Canadian picture we took. It's beautiful scenery, but where's the snow? I guess not ALL of Canada is snowy.

Click on the "Read more" below to check out some more countries?

Rose and Crown? Pub? We must be in the United Kingdom!

Check out those English buildings! Is it tea time?

Doesn't the Queen look happy? Of course she's happy!

Check out Mary Poppins in the white dress there! Where's my spoonful of sugar?!

Lots of weapons on the ceiling, I guess if they get attacked they'll really need a LADDER first?

France! Mini Eiffel Tower in the distance.

Can you see the little birds in the rafters? I wonder if those are French birds?

More wooden spoons, why? Somepony knows!

Ham and cheese croissant for lunch. Best. Croissant. Ever.

On to Morocco! The buildings here were so detailed!

Check out this cool archway!

This gift shop ceiling was um..., what happens if it rains?

Hi Moroccan-salesperson-from-this-gift-shop-who-asked-about-Minty! Those foot rests were hollow and should be filled with old clothes and stuff. What a neat idea!

Awesome fountain photo spot. So got a photo.
