Allentown part 2

We got enough pictures for another posting wandering around Allentown New Jersey. Just a lazy Sunday afternoon adventure day.

There was a small park over there on the side of the lake. There was not many people outside today probably due to the gloomy sky and very small amount of drizzle.

Lazy picture-viewing day? Click on the "Read more" below for more pictures.

Another one of those secret Tony Hawk Pro Skater video game level half pipes on the edge of the lake. My friend is imagining scoring all sorts of points on that thing.

Trying to take a nice picture on the dock, only a few inches from falling off. You can't really tell we're on the dock and the horizon is crooked, so this was kind of a bust.

Sound's like a "Sports Fisher." Yeah well we all took a vote and "Predator" sounds cooler. Run away fish! You're being hunted for sport! Do we root for the fish here?

Checking out that old building. Next time we visit we'll have to come earlier so we can wander into some of these places.

There's an old graveyard over there. Those tombstones look pretty ancient so we gotta go see what that's all about.

History plaque says this is over 200 years old! A lot of the markers were worn down flat but a few of them you could still read.

There was a tree growing over this grave! Is that horrible or awesome? You think there might be a spirit living in it? Is it wrong that I'm daydreaming a movie plot out of this concept?

There was an odd court over there which had no markings at all inside it for any kind of know sport. More daydreaming of movie plots maybe this is some kind of Bloodsport arena?

We're on the other side of the lake now, here's a nice little bridge over to a gazebo.

So many plants around this gazebo, can we even get inside there?

Here's the nice view of the lake from inside the gazebo. I've think I've now said "gazebo" a few too many times today.

There was a dedication plaque for this doctor but is this a tombstone? Looks a lot like a tombstone, is he here at his park?

Look at that nice house across the lake. How awesome would it be to live in a place like that?

On the way back to where we parked we saw this sign for horses? Where's a my little pony at? I know that arrow is pointing to "down the street" but if you look at it funny it's just pointing at the horse plaque.
