Play Us A Song Piano Man!

It's the Piano Man! Not really a super hero, just a super talented guy named Billy Joel. A Rock LEGEND and we went to go see him in concert! So I had to get some pictures to share!

You might have to zoom in a bunch, and see that little blur that's next to that other blur that's kind of a piano-shaped blur? Yeah That's Billy Joel! He was far from us but we could hear him just fine.

Click on the "Read more" below for some more (probably blurry) pictures!

Here's the entrance to the venue. Know locally as the Virginia Beach Amphitheater.

It's an outdoors place, later you'll see the grass field we were sitting on.

Merch booth! Of course it's expensive but what other choice do you have?

Local radio station flying an ad plane overhead. So I thought I'd help them out and re-post it here?

Check us out on the grassy field. Comfy actually. Well, not really because the ground was recently rained-on and water was seeping through our blanket, pants, and other bits.

Opening act, if you can see him really tiny on the stage, Gavin Degraw. They had Pizza Hut ads on the monitors while he was playing. Classy.

Nice shot of the bamboo forest next to the bathrooms because the main show is about to start!

Here's a decent picture of Billy Joel on the monitor. He had us in a New York State of Mind.

With all of the military bases around this area, the war song "Goodnight Saigon" got a huge reaction especially with actual Navy people on stage.

Four songs in the encore! He's singing about an Uptown Girl!

Always fun to be in a large exiting crowd. Um, wait... No it's not fun at all. But who cares?! The concert was awesome!

One last shot of the wet blanket we sat on all night.
