Rhode Trip!

Took a overnight 2-day road trip to visit a friend in Rhode Island! Enjoy the pictures!

Driving through Connecticut to get there, how about some rest-stop souvenirs? It was a little over 3 hours away for us where we started from in New York.

Our Hotel was right across the border in Massachusetts, so that's a bonus pin in the map of where-we've-been!

Take a picture of the room number so we don't forget! Also there's the wifi password if you need it?

There was a creepy massive amount of birds flocking around the hotel. Pictures couldn't really capture how surrounded we were!

Dare we say something.... "supernatural" was going on here?

Our original trip plan was Karaoke night at our friend's bar. But the local NFL playoff game took priority that night. Go Patriots!

These exclusive "chips" were like big round french fries and super tasty! We ate a bunch before I thought about getting a picture!

Let's advertise! Brooksies was awesome everypony there was so nice! The food was amazing! They had General Tso Wings yum!

 After the Patriots won, yay!, they put Saturday Night Live on the TVs?! How cool is that?!

 Next morning at the hotel we ran over to get everypony some free breakfast since they all chose to sleep in.

Free hotel breakfast is usually a big 'ole pile of bacon!

Here's an odd tourist thing to do! At the request of another friend, we visited the grave of famous horror novelist H.P. Lovecraft. Fans leave shells and stuff. We managed to get some pictures before the security guard came over and said "no pictures!"

We were looking for a local comic shop we could stop in real-quick and wound up at this enormous mall! The comic shop was in the mall!

We could have easily spent all day here! We wound up staying for a few hours and even left with some new build-a-bear friends!

The view out of the mall window was something to stop and get a picture of! There's Providence, Rhode Island for you!
