It's "The Child" from the Disney+ series The Mandalorian! Or, more commonly known as, Baby Yoda! We found him hanging out at the Target store and just had to bring him home to protect him. And, in a rare Minty blog post, I'm not in most of these pictures, it's like a mini celebrity guest post!
Just walking around Target with this precious little guy in the basket was awesome enough. He looks fully sized and fully detailed and fully accurate to the show and... fully adorable!
Here he is in the car waiting to be flown home. Did he pull the knob off of the shifter? I thought these pictures might be more classy-looking without Minty in them, is that working?
Finally back home and he's just chillin' on the couch watching some TV. What's he watching? Star... Trek? Haha he loves all kinds of science fiction.
Looks like he found the Nintendo Switch. Hey, if you want to play Animal Crossing, it's cool. Just make sure to water the flowers, okay?
He wandered into the kitchen, I guess he's hungry. This version of Baby Yoda doesn't have actual legs, but there's a weighted bean bag under his robe that lets him stand up.
We got him some soup. If you've seen the show this picture is extra cute.
Ohhh... he found our purple lightsaber we got when we visited the Black Spire Outpost on Batuu. No no no. That's not a toy.
The Child enjoys some freshly dried laundry warmth. Isn't that like, one of the best things ever?
The Child is checking out R6-T1's "bow tie" black chest panel. Who is more curious about who, here?
We also have a green lightsaber, and managed to get a great picture of him trying it out. You think one day he will grow up to be a Jedi Master? The Mandalorian might have to go through several hundred seasons before we find out, as The Child is only 50 years old at this point.
Going about the daily routines, we'll glance over at the couch and spot him over there, and every time he brings a little spark of happiness.
Cool! I wish we could get it too though:(=(

ReplyDeletewow comments! I've got friends who go fishing a bunch but I don't have any equipment here to do so. I'm sure one day when we can all travel normally again, I'll probably get some fishing in.
