Xmas Flashback

 Is it too late to post Xmas pics? For the last few years, I've noticed I'm in more of a Christmas mood after the day passes. I don't think me being sick this year helped, but now that I'm feeling better, I want more Christmas time.

Whoa! Recognize this logo? It's Spirit Halloween, except it looks like they pivoted into a different sort of Spirit: Christmas! And now everybody all together say it was so obvious why haven't they done this yet?

Did you notice the "Coming Soon" sign from that first pic? They just opened and still had the sign in the window. It's fun how well the logo transfers to Santa Claus from the ghost thing it was.

Hahahaha! So fun! Instead of giant Halloween displays, it's all Christmas! I guess it has to be more than just costumes. What else do they have besides Halloween costumes?

More giddy laughter, upon seeing the "step here" floor button. Spirit Halloween had those to trigger the scary displays. But now? It's all good!

There was a good amount of cross-Spirit merch, with Halloween things done-up as Christmas things. So... Are they trying to remind us this was a Halloween store?

It certainly is unique. I feel like I've seen Halloween-Christmas stuff before, but seeing so much of it made it feel like I've never seen it since now.

Is this a photo-op spot, or can I actually purchase this holiday bench? I suppose if I wanted a real holiday bench, I might find one that's more comfortable.

Giant inflatable lawn displays are common to both Halloween and Christmas. Still fun to see the Christmas ones.

Brick Craft doing a solid attempt at ripping off Lego. They seem to consistently have holiday themed sets out. Is Lego slacking?

I think I'm lucky I grew up before Elf on the Shelf. I don't think I'd be comfortable with this gimmick. Always watching? No thanks!

The Elf on the Shelf rip-offs are funny though. No one really thinks Snoop Dogg is watching you.

What a cute story how Snoop Dogg and Martha Stewart became such good friends. They share merchandise themes, too.

Oh yeah, there's costumes here! You could also use these for Halloween, they don't have to be scary.

I tossed in this bonus merch pic. Not only is this a old phone, it's the really old type with the rotary dial method. What kid these days is even going to know what this is? Phones today are little rectangles in your pocket. I was curious about the "real conversation" promise. Is this using AI tech? Yowza, that's crazy tech for a toy phone, you think?
