We were lucky in our area to have not been completely wasted by Hurricane Sandy, but there was still a bit of fallen trees everywhere. The day after it came through, we took a walk around and snapped some pictures

This tree fell ACROSS the street and mashed some power lines. It was a gigantic mess.
Here's another giant tree that fell next to a playground. You think that the kids will want to play all over THAT and not the actual playground?
Take that! No street sign is gunna tell me when to stop! Haha but seriously there were lots of street signs that were blown over in the storm.
Hey isn't that streetlight supposed to be facing the other direction? There were lots of streetlights that had been twisted around.
