Putting everything into storage while the apartment is being super-renovated, a LOT of stuff was just getting tossed. This odd painting was not going to make the cut, so typical New York style we put it outside the fence "up for grabs." We wanted to take a picture to remember it. The next morning it was gone! Made us happy to think it found a new home.

I don't know why we find it funny that Shaq is promoting dunking Oreos? Probably just the imagination of such a huge guy slam-dunking these tiny cookies? Also, Christina Aguilera? How is she here? I'm only joking when I suggest she's the white stuff in the middle?

We were not brave enough to purchase this but here it is if you want to hunt some down yourself?

Star-Lord's jacket from the new Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 movie! At Hot Topic for $100! It would be so cool to have this but if we're spending $100 on a jacket we are going to wear it as a jacket! Not sure it's worth it as just a cool collectible or cosplay prop.

Happy Mother's Day to all the Moms out there! The bottom line is hard to read but it says "You know you're a mom when... You understand why mama bear's porridge was cold." Haha YOU know why!

One lazy Saturday lunch. These are mozzarella sticks wrapped in Steak-Ums. The trick is to press the Steak-Ums in paper towels so they are not super-greasy. Would I be sharing this if they weren't great? They were pretty good. Let's call this recipe um,... Minty Sticks seems like false advertising so how about... Meatzzarella Sticks?
