Another round of pictures with fun comments, coming right up!
This was in a Target store in the Chinese New Year spread of merchandise, so I assume this is Chinese writing on this. Is this sheep? If so, why put a cute little sheep picture on the package? Is eating cute sheep better? I feel like I need to be able to read this, before I buy it.
Adorable little dinosaurs on wheels! That's all.
I was reading the section names at the Princeton Record Exchange, and laughed at the "New Arrivals" clarification in the "Classical" section. What's the time distance that makes something Classical? Can that be "new"?
Sometimes you see a "used" item here, and it's got a "worthy" price instead of a "let's get rid of it" price. Conan the Destroyer does indeed have an epic soundtrack.
HA! It's a little popcorn machine for your popcorn-flavored Jelly Belly jelly beans! In case you don't know, those are particularly mind-blowing because they taste exactly like popcorn yet "chew" like jelly. So your mind thinks two things at the same time or whatever.
A long time ago when my friend was bowling, when he hit a spare he would do the Cactus Jack double-finger-guns "Bang Bang!" Thanks for reminding us, random Masters of the Universe-style Cactus Jack figure!
Another blast-from-the-past unexpected reminder, when we saw some Faygo Cola in a dollar store! When he was growing up, the fridge in the garage was constantly stocked with the lower-priced, yet equally tasty soda.
Obviously meant as a joke, a children's book about the horror movie Alien! We checked and the letter B was not what we thought it would have been. As in... "Get away from her, you..."
Busted! Released a few weeks after the Superbowl, the exclusive football player did not win. Obviously they have to plan these before-hand and they simply guessed wrong. D'oh!
$35 for that exclusive art on that one card for Lorcana, included in this Disney Villainous board game. Disney should throw exclusive Lorcana card game cards into ALL their products! Mwa-ha-ha! Villainous is about right.
A random line in a Futurama episode has become so recognizable, POP! Figures made a figure for just that. While a salesman was trying to explain the product, Fry cuts him off with the quote "Shut up and take my money!" as he shoves forward a handful of dollars.
It's the Minty Hotline! Yes, Commissioner? Haha, from the Batman show, remember? Would kids these days have any idea what this is? Phones today look quite different.
I'm worried that I'm not a warrior.
Technically we're in New Jersey, but close enough to be Eagles fans. And even though the Jets and Giants play in a stadium that's IN New Jersey, they both count as New York teams.
How did this happen? Chilli's is less expensive than regular fast food places like McDonald's and Burger King! The burger is huge, and there's an appetizer, and they serve you and everything. Is anybody paying attention to this?
Cute! All that exercising Richard Simmons does, he lost some price!
Did I ever rant about the awful plot of Mario Odyssey? The whole game is basically a tease about Peach's wedding, and in the end she totally rejects Mario. They played such extreme heartbreak as a joke, and I feel so bad for poor Mario.
Did KITT eve have flames all over the car?! I don't think it did, but it would have been cool. It's like the car-version of tattoos.
Super-detailed Bert and Ernie figures! Why try to make them anything more that best buddies? That's fine, too.
Usually Hatsune Miko costumes are related to particular songs, but it's too hard to keep up with all of them, so just enjoy the various outfits.
Perfect merchandise. A Spongebob spatula.
I'm not sure if my friend plays this Star Rail game, I have no idea what it's about but I vageuly remember hearing them talk about it. Who's the cool character? Looks like it has trains.
At the 2nd-hand Lego store Andy's Brick Shop, looks like somebody made a Cowboy Carter Beyonce! Since it's not official or anything, it's only $6!
Poor Miss Minutes. When they yoinked Kang out of the future Marvel content stories, it probably included this sidekick of his, too. She was kind-of her own character, so it's not impossible to bring her back, I hope.
This Turtle Island Bear Paw necklace looks incredibly close to the graphic symbol Star Trek uses for The Borg! Did they start out as bears? Did we figure it out?! Did the Borg start out as bears on Turtle Island?
That Ron Swanson from Parks and Recreation squeeze me button played a lot of funny quotes, including the entire "all the eggs and bacon..." bit. If you know anything about iconic TV series, you don't even need me to tell you who that other one is, wearing the "puffy shirt"! He looks like a pirate!
Dramatic music notes! Whoa! Do you see it?! McDonald's got a lot of criticism when they made the McDouble different than a Double Cheeseburger, since it only had ONE slice of cheese. Well, mine had TWO this time! Score!
D'oh! Classic The Simpsons donut tires! Can you have a pink frosting with sprinkles donut, and NOT think about The Simpsons?
How can you have a Dr. Pepper Peep, and not have the package say "Dr. Peeper"? Um, the Rice Krispies three guys could be Snap, Crackle, and Peep?
AHHHHHH!!!!!! Nightmare!!!! Does anybody else notice the dalmatian spots on Cruella's Dress??!! Those poor puppies! Did anybody notice this? I guess not, if it made it all the way to store shelves. Yikes.
Pretty sure I got this picture before, but it's always funny when she passes you in the Mario Kart game and says "Hi! I'm Daisy!" So posting this picture again re-enforces the fun.
Super huge dice! They are soft, so they won't wreck-up the place. At least as much as they could. Does anything outside of Dungeons & Dragons actually use a 20-sided dice?
A modern new re-imagining of classic 80's Robo Force robots. These look kinda neat, but my friend says he'd probably like the original versions better.
