Happy Halloween! I can only put pictures in your basket, but there's fun comments with 'em.
Who doesn't like eating candy scooped out of a cute head-bowl? The cartoon smile almost makes me forget how horrifying that is. I like the um... Candy corn theme outfit.
I might have gotten this Imperial Guard themed like a ghost, but I didn't like the skull print on the mask. Obviously it's a ghost, not a skeleton. Why did they think they needed to ruin it with that?
Well... It's about as adorable as it's gunna get.
Emotional Support Ghosts. Is that a good idea? They're the ones that are already ghosts. They must all have so many stories to tell. Can I support them, instead?
My Ghouls. This was at a Michael's Arts & Crafts store. They can make a name pun of their own name, if they want.
Gotta admit, that's funny. Get in Loser, on the coffin. The little heart lets you know it's a joke.
It's amazing how recognizable Bride of Frankenstein is. The iconic beehive hair with the wiggle white stripe. Did the people back then know what a legacy they were creating? She's in the movie for like, 2 minutes. They unwrap her, she screams, the castle burns down, that's it! Yet, everyone knows who she is!
Muppet cereal mascots! Ah! They are even official Jim Henson's studio muppets! Coooool! Are there videos or commercials or something I can watch of this?
Is this pink mug monster from The Masked Singer? I feel like they did a costume like this. Did they? Also, more Bride of Frankenstein over there.
Way to go, Target, with the diversity representation. They have both purple witches and green witches.
It's an adorable Squishmallow treat basket! But... A little small for the amount of treats, right? You'll want more than that. I might have made the same comment on a different Squishmallow basket last year.
I'll be back. It's confusing but funny, I guess. Who wants a tombstone pillow?
This is Lewis. I'm not sure what the origin story is exactly, but they put a Target Employee name badge on this giant lawn thing that said "Hello my name is Lewis" and he sort of became a character. Now there is other merchandise for Lewis!
Lewis the Halloween Ghoul, Lewis the Pumpkin Ghoul. I guess Target hasn't made up thier minds yet. It's cool they have a holiday mascot now. Maybe I should have peeked in the book to see what it said about him.
Cornhole costume. Do you need to go with someone else also dressed like this? And you can throw little bags at eachother all night.
Pump-kachu! There are legit Ghost-Type Pokemon. Despite Pokemon taking place on various islands in an obviously different world, they seem to have similar holidays.
I finally found where the Spirit Halloween Store was. All of the big empty spaces they had been at before were re-populated by other stores, so it was a hot minute until I found where one popped-up.
Squid Game! They even have a VIP Mask. Neat. I enjoyed the second-third season. It gets a lot of "not as good as the first season" but as much as it's not, if you pick it apart and analyze it, it's super solid and just as good.
Did you watch the recent season? They have prop-replica Hide and Seek keys! I'm not sure if they had the daggers or not. That was the Seek-ing part.
Um.... Is this right? These are grown-up versions of children characters. It's cute, but I'm getting creepy vibes from it.
Saturday Night Live has created some memorable characters worthy of costumes. Be prepared to perform the skits if you dress up in these.
Wearing this costumes gives you the excuse to act like a jerk all night! It's just Rick being Rick! To be fair, he's kind of mellowed out in the last season or so, so don't over-do it.
I thought the model's expression was funny on this one, as well as the name of the costume. The cop costume says "Suuuurrrreee.... They all say they're innocent..."
Ouch! Do you remember wearing this to work out? Congrats, your life is now a costume! I feel like you need music to go with this.
This seemed like regualr clothing instead of a costume. I'm still in the Halloween store, not being a creep at a different store.
Hahahahaha! Yikes. Do they realize what they are selling?
I always thought the Plague Doctor character was kinda cute. Is this supposed to be scary? I guess it's the idea that you might be sick, which is the scary part.
Heh. Skeletons of things that don't have skeletons. At least you can make people wonder about it. That's not how Octopus are, right? Right?
I usually don't like skulls, but this shell thing was artistic.
I've not seen any of these Terrifier movies, but there sure is a ton of merch for it. So it must be good, right?
There's room for cute among the scary.
Fortnite. Still popular as ever. Look at all the costumes! I'm not that familiar with the game, did you also have to pay for your character to wear these costumes in the game, too? Double pay for the costume!
Super yikes. Normal People can be the most scary thing, after all.
Another cute one. But that's a ghost, not a witch. Could be a ghost-witch?
It's unusual to see ceramic sculpture decorations of merchandise characters. These types of things are normally generic art things.
Aaaaaand.... That's it! Even before Halloween arrived, Target was cleaning up the area. Whether they did it on purpose or not, it's cool that they left Lewis up.
