Hi! More blockbuster comments on pictures, of stuff I felt needed comments. Enjoy!
Considering the epic three dimensional visuals in the Avatar movies, the action figures should make you feel like you are in the movie even more. Since they are physically in 3D. Also, how cool was Varang? I was going to do a "she's hot" pun, because of her fire tribe, but I feel someone else probably already did that.
MechaGodzilla! Step on my car! I made it just for you! For stepping on!
Care Bears from Stranger Things! Because those are from the 1980's. Notice the little belly badges are upside down?
I was surprised to see the Lego Duplo rabbit mascot as an actual character in the set. Have they done that before? It's fun to note, that the internet spoils all the upcoming Lego sets, except the Duplo. So you can see stuff you haven't seen yet.
I went to see the Avatar movie in the theatre. They don't have a number in the title, despite requiring you to watch them in order. That's confusing, do they know that? Movies don't need the number only when they can be watched out of order.
Yikes. This ad was a little intrusive in the bathroom. I can hear some weasel-y boss schemeing. Where can we put an ad, where people are always looking? OH! The mirror in the bathroom! I'm a genius!
If it's been a while since you've seen an Avatar movie in 3D, wow. It's simply amazing. I guess theatres haven't yet figured out a better way to deal with the glasses, as you still get a free pair with your ticket. Seems a little waste-ful, but who wants to remember to bring their own pair every time?
I always get a laugh out of most merchandise from the movie Frozen, that isn't um... frozen. There's a lot of it. Should you freeze this soup?
Hahaha. Remember that one year Aaron Rodgers played for the Jets? It was technically two years, but he got injured on like, the 4th play in that year, and was out for the rest of it. He's probably embarrassed they made a POP! Figure of it.
They said pop twice. K-Pop Demon Hunters POP! Figures. Somebody bought just the Rumi and Cat. You'd have to get all three of the Huntr/x group, right?
Hah. I laughed at this McBluff. But upon asking the Internet search bar, it turns out there's almost always a sack in every game. It turns out this is just a tactic to make you download the app.
This tiny package says "Leo Skeletor"? Is there a difference between Leo and Regular Skeletors?
It was not a '63 Corvette, but once upon a time, my friend had a car with a manual transmission. He took the knob off, and drilled a hole in a blue pool 2-Ball to use for the shifter. So this reminded him of that.
Did you glance at this label and think it said "Hot Ones"? They copied the font and art style of that popular series logo. Is that cool? I mean, it's hot sauce, so it's technically not cool.
Aldi has sort of knock-off food brands, so it was fun to see knock-off Lego sets for them. That's on-brand for Aldi, in spirit.
Snow! While walking around in the snow, we kinda got lost and wound up on the tennis courts. It was a little fun that we got turned around thinking we took a different turn, as the snow covered the terrain. They cleared a trail across it. I guess a lot of people take this shortcut.
Somewhere under that snow is the swimming pool. Right now it just looks like a plain old field. Good thing I didn't wander over there? Yikes.
Snowy street. Good thing the weather report lets you know, to go buy groceries and stuff.
That's my friend's trail, as he walked across the snow. Two pairs of socks and some old shoes. Don't take your good shoes out in the snow.
This is a very small hill, but it was still cute to see sled marks on it. Some kids had some fun!
I hope all the forest critters found a nice warm place to hide.
Looks like I'm not the only person who thought to take a walk in the snow. It was better to walk on the sides in the crunchy, deeper snow. That middle part got a little melty and re-froze, so it was slippery.
Snow on the roof of the car. It was fluffy and pushed right off. You gotta do that right after it snows.
What a neat thing for Dungeons & Dragons to do. It's cool that they have custom dice themed to the classes, and here's one for the specific character Tasha. I think she's a witch. But... Notice the basic Wizard dice set has so many more dice! 16 dice, while Tasha only gets 7.
Sorry this required 2 pictures, but I needed to get the price tags. How can they sell 16 dice for $25, and Tasha's 7 dice for $40? Is it because she's a celebrity, she can charge more for her dice? A LOT more?
Youch! Teach your kids to get tattoos! It's fun! Remember there was once a time when getting a tattoo was a big deal?
Fireplace at the Cracker Barrel. Cool! I mean... Warm! It was nice sitting by the fire. We had to request it as we walked past. Should they have asked if we preferred sitting by the fire?
A couple of things going on here. First of all, AHHHH!!!! That Batman has the creepy-est skull head! I might legit have nightmares. Also, that Cheetah is kinda turned in the package, so you can peek in to the side and check out the nicely-sculpted um... Rear. My friend laughed and thought hey, it IS nicely-sculpted, why not be able to see it without opening the package?
When I saw this, I thought Lego did not approve of clipping the plates between the round studs on top of the bricks. It "works" but it's kind of unstable. Here it is, in an official set, so I suppose it's officially okay.
Mind blown. These are Hasbro Transformers based off of Mattel Hot Wheels cars. Hasbro and Mattel are ancient rivals in the toy market. I have no idea how this came together, but it's cool to see.
