Random Back-up

There's a lot of random pictures we've collected over the time it took to post up all of our DC trip photos. Also a bunch of pictures we've taken while out riding our bike. So sit back and enjoy the stuff!

We'll start off with a nice rainbow. The arch went all the way across the sky but we couldn't back up far enough to get the whole thing in one picture. You can hold up a mirror to the left edge here to get the effect?

We did not yet see this movie but were told the story of this guy's name. He said all the scientists kept saying "Bad Ape!" while talking to him so he thought that was his name. Aw. Poor guy. Anyway, we saw his Pop! figure and got a picture to show our friend who told us the story.

If you've ever tried to buy one of these Lego Minifigure packs, you know to squeeze the bag to "feel around" to identify pieces and find specific figures. To see them in plastic cases was quite hilarious. Dare you buy one?

Here's a random bike riding picture of this classic awesome treehouse. You just know some kid loves that place!

We caught that pony from the cookie pack, which we thought might have been Minty, in an episode of the show. Lots of ponies were trying to be Applejack so she covered up her cutie mark, but peeking out under the paper you can tell that's not Minty's cutie mark. Some kind of flower? Oh well, maybe one day I'll make it on the show?

"Stop and smell the Chocolate"? You can decide for yourself if that's an appropriate caption for their picture? Also, if you read the RED letters, the sign reads "Stop Chocolate." So all kinds of things possible terrible here if read the wrong ways. Hey it's just chocolate don't make a fuss?

Oh here's a picture from that weekend our kitchen sink backed up and we couldn't use it for a few days. Yes we tried the disposal. You could run the water and disposal and it would appear to go away, but after you stopped, it backed back up almost all the way to the top it was AH PANIC! scoop up buckets to stop it from overflowing! That was a long weekend!

Aw yeah. This is the cheese! It's got a good flavor and it's HOT! I can maybe classify myself as a nachos "pro" and even I can't take too much of this. It could use a more-funny name for how hot it is! If you feel daring, give it a try but you've been warned!

Here's a fun picture we took at a White Castle. It claims that weddings have been hosted there. So all during lunch we were pondering silly questions like Are these the actual people who got married, or models? Would they be happy they got their picture posted in a White Castle? Is that champagne or Sprite in their glasses? If it's champagne, is that okay to serve in a White Castle? Did they get one big wedding cake, or like, four tiny ones? Y'know, if Jon Snow got married in Winterfell, could you say he also got married in a... White Castle? Actually wasn't the castle in Lord of the Rings white? So Aragorn also got married in White Castle!

It was a sad day when we ventured out to the Old Country Buffet only to discover it was closed. We'll miss you and your magically tasty ice cream machine!

Free comics at Barnes and Noble on Batman Day! Except they were all Harley Quinn books so it was sort of Harley Quinn Day? Also ad in the comics for website-only Harley Quinn Build-a-Bear was cute.

We finally decided to throw away this TV we had. It was really not of any use anymore but still kind of sad to let it go. Random chair was also by the trash so we thought it would be fun to give it a more peaceful send-off.
