Marshmallow Upgrade

Back with another batch of sweet random pictures of stuff we found interesting.

Not too long ago, we tried some limited-edition Frosted Flakes Cereal with Marshmallows. At first we thought it would not be any good, but after we tried it, we realized you could probably add marshmallows to any cereal and make it better. So when we saw this bag of "cereal marshmallows" at a Big Lots, now's your chance! What's your favorite cereal? I bet if you add marshmallows... it would be better.

History of Rap for little kids? I'm not sure that's entirely appropriate for the little kids that this cute artwork suggests it's for.

You see? Tupac and Biggie. Now it doesn't quite go into detail on what happened to those two guys, but those curious little kids might ask. And what do you think we should tell them, book?

My friend HATES sour stuff, but thought the text all over this was hilarious. Like, it's all awful text. Encouraging you to hate it, right? "Just when you think it's over - it's NOT!" Is that supposed to make me want this more?

Saw these cute Purritos and had to get a picture. We thought it was extra cool that these things were wrapped as if you bought a real burrito from a local restaurant. Wrapped in foil and with the flavor sticker sealing it shut. They should sell these in the actual restaurants.

Despite the Toy Fair people telling me they were already out years ago, I finally see the Dwarf Giants in a modern Blitzbowl set. My friend remembers playing the computer game and the Dwarf Giants were his team. They were small and tough so they were very difficult to tackle, he recalls.

Got a super laugh out of The Simpsons slam on director J.J. Abrams. The episode had Homer searching for his lost childhood Chuck E. Cheese Robot Band members. After Homer finds them, J.J. Abrams steals them to make a movie out of the story. Homer laments that the same thing happened again, but slightly different, years later. And Abrams shrugs and admits, "It's what I do."

I guess I'm a holiday behind on posting pictures. Here's the Shamrock Shake we had on St. Patrick's Day. Hope your Green Day was fun!

Also out on St. Patrick's Day, we see a squirrel after having all the snowy weeks finally past. It was extra cute how fast he came running over once he recognized us, so we gave extra treats, of course.

I have a friend who says "cool beans" a lot. So when we saw this book, we thought of him. Even though he thought that bean looked a little like something else that's not really a bean.

If cats could.... WHAT?! There is so much other space on this book cover to put that sticker on. Did they do that on purpose, or did they just not care?

Yowza. This has got to be a joke book, right? We dared not peek inside to find out.

Tried the new Crispy Chicken Sandwich at McDonald's and sorry to say it's certainly not at the same level as the KFC or Popeye's "new big chicken sandwich". We couldn't even tell if it was just a giant chicken nugget for the patty. It kinda seemed like it was but also not. The spicy sauce on it was good at least, and the bun was good, too. It's a good sandwich really, just not GREAT like the others.

Drove out to Oxford Valley Mall! I've already posted pictures of the awesome Lego store Andy's Brick Shop, but here's a few pictures I took at the rest of the mall.

I'm pretty sure these biohazard symbols outside the Spencers had nothing to do with the Covid 19 Pandemic. But seeing them... I'm like "Yo! NOT COOL!"

Saw the funny "Pimp Destro" figure from the newest G.I.Joe figre line. One of his accesories is a burning money bill, so he can look totally like a Boss holding it.

That piggy was sooooo cute! Don't you just want to hug it?!

Hahaha Tweety is spending hard time in that claw machine. He may not be ready for the outside world. Living in the lock-up has changed him.

Nobody doing the jumpy thing? This whole end of the mall looked like a ghost town. Lots of empty stores and a little dark and quiet.

Grogu at Build-a-Bear! I guess if you make a Baby Yoda, you can name him whatever you want. Did Build-a-Bear Workshop bust wide open the whole Baby Yoda thing? You thought Grogu was the only one?

Not sure why they were closed on a random Thursday. maybe they are just not busy on the weekdays and only open on the weekends? You might want to check before you go all the way out to the mall, I guess.

My friend has a great story about how he was skeptical that these things worked, but when he tried it himself, it actually moved! You hold the chain between your fingers and ask nearby ghosts questions. The crystal swings in certain directions to answer your questions. He was trying his best to not move at all, and it seriously moved on it's own,... is the story he tells.

From Dr. Rick's seminar on how to not become your parents: Do we really need a sign to Live Laugh and Love? The answer is no.

This Easter Bunny was stone cold chillin' in the mall. He was sitting there, not moving at all, for several minutes. YO! You okay over there?! It was kind of hilarious.

Spoiler alert? What the heck, toy company Super 7?! Remember the scene from Transformers: The Movie that shocked kids everywhere when they KILLED the main hero Optimus Prime? Back in the days when Cobra agents safely parachuted out of exploding helicopters and the A-Team machine-gunned at the enemy's feet? Well they went and killed Optimus; and he died and turned grey and all the other Autobots were sad and everything, it was horrific and awful for kids at the time. ...Here's the action figure for it! Seriously?!

Saw this Dale at the thrift shop near the mall, and grabbed a picture of him. Pretty sure we have a Rescue Rangers Dale plushie somewhere already.

There's the old spot where the Old Country Buffet used to be. We didn't have an opportunity to sneak in and check if the magical ice cream machine was still in there or not.

AHH! When I took this picture, there was still a little bit of snow pile that had not yet melted. When they plow the snow in these giant parking lots, it makes huge mountains that can take weeks to go away once the weather warms up. That's the last of the snow for a good long while.
