Squirrel!

 Pictures with fun comments are like little treats to this squirrel. You want some fun pictures? It's okay... let me toss you some pictures.

It's been a few years since we've had a "squirrel buddy" who consistently gets treats, but we still have treats for the occasional curious critter. On some level, you don't want them to be dependent on you to survive, but it's just so cute when they run up to get treats.

I know it's the playoffs already, but we're watching early-season NFL Football. Did you ever wonder what the team mascot is for the Cleveland Browns? What is a "Brown?" Well... There's some kind of... Elf? In the middle of the field? I'm willing to bet that no matter what you thought a "Brown" was in Cleveland, you were NOT thinking... that's an Elf.

A balloon animal plushie. Adorable. No popping to be worried about.

Follow-up with another picture of adorable plushies. Blueberry Milk is not nearly as popular as Strawberry Milk, but these plushies are cool. Even though we all know flavored milk doesn't work like this.

Wow, nobody is going to remember this, unless you DO remember this, and then, it's the coolest thing ever. Back in the 80's they made a Star Wars figure case that was this big Darth Vader head that opened up. They made a Disney Doorables version to hold all of your Doorables figures. Most impressive.

Funny shirt. The lesson here is... don't cook large portions you will not finish. Buy a smaller turkey next time.

The horror! These toys are made from shredded-up other toys! Is this like buying a used toy? Nah, it's good for the environment or whatever. Probably not totally haunted by the spirits of other shredded toys.

So... this is just regular Uno? Do you think they need to put "No Mercy" on the package?

AH! Un-attended clearance price machine lying around in the Walmart. How much havoc could we wreak if we knew how to use that thing?

Who else likes to casually walk past the gourmet cake section while at the grocery store? Here's a flower pot cake with little flowers on top. Hey, it's fun to look, even if you never actually buy one of these things.

This is not very fair of a combo. Coke Zero Oreo the soda still has zero calories, but Oreo Coke Zero  the sandwich cookie still has tons of calories. If you have them together it might balance out somehow.

Ever since the Covid Times ushered in the era of webcam interviews, it's always been fun to check out what decorations the people have in the background. We have some very young child scribbling art, that I guess is made by a young child, my apologies if an older person did that rainbow, but there is also some Lego Botanicals flowers. Which is unexpectedly neat to see. And she gets bonus points for "sucking up" by having that NBC "Peacock" logo pillow there. Busted!

Another bike ride pick from the summer. The posting board next to the re-done park reminded us of Animal Crossing. With the types of fish you can expect to find. We fish all the time! Um... In the Animal Crossing game, I mean.

All those fish in there? There's a whole river off to the side, it's more than just this lake.

I might have posted a pic of this before, but they completely beefed-up the land bridge. It used to be like a third of this size. Now they have a huge concrete pipe cover instead of a thin metal pipe under the bridge.

You might think it's crazy that it took so long to get Hot Wheels of Transformers. But... different toy companies owned each of those things. This is the toy equivalent of Sonic the Hedgehog being in the Mario game.

Captain America is driving a car that looks like the plane he crashed in the water which froze him for decades. Good luck in that race, Cap!

The sketch comedy show Key & Peele did a spoof of the NFL players announcing their names, which was one of their best recurring bits. Some NFL games still do the thing where the players announce themselves, and some of them do indeed have silly-sounding names. Would I laugh as much without the comedy skit? My apologies to Henry To'oto'o, you have a perfectly fine name.

A lot more artistic creativity in the Turtles of Grayskull combo of Masters of the Universe and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. That's a lot of words in those titles! April O'Neil has a hammer with a TV camera in it. She's gotta report on how evil Hordak is.

Hey, if Mattel is paying money to use Transformers stuff from Hasbro, let's put 'em on everything! We do little skateboards? Yes, Transformers on those, too!

Do you think Star Wars would sell more action figures if the characters survived the shows? Oh, no need for spoilers, you didn't watch this Acolyte show, or care about it in any way. In fact, Disney doesn't care either, they outright cancelled this show right in the middle of the story, so now we'll never know how it ended. And still, nobody cares. The actors are from The Matrix and Logan. Good actors, at least.

What Jurassic Park employee spray painted a Halloween costume on this Avaceratops? They are not normally colored this way. Is that a cool thing for zoo employees to do? I don't think so. Nobody goes to the zoo and sees animals painted for Halloween.

Are kids this into shoes? Or has McDonald's given up on marketing Happy Meals to kids? It's a "collectible!" Buy a Happy Meal!

Got a picture of this cool Lego minifigure crown. Sometimes I take pictures of neat things and I hope I'll be able to think of a cool comment later. Should I post those pictures anyway, even without the fun comment?

Hilarious. Like in the Netflix series, the odds keep going down for players in the Squid Game.

The pro-tip for stores is to take pictures of the barcodes, instead of dragging lots of heavy items to the price scanner. Sometimes just-for-fun you scan an item they don't have in stock, just to see what kind of deal you missed out on. D'oh!

Maximum effort on the Deadpool & Wolverine-themed pizzas. Eh, it's an excuse to do crazy flavors of pizza toppings.

Who does this? Is anybody not going to be disappointed to find out this is a puzzle, and not a box of Jell-O? Do you like Jell-O so much that you want a puzzle of the box? Wouldn't you rather have a real box of Jell-O instead?

I saw this Gingerbread Cookie pyramid and was hit with a massive urge to go buy some gingerbread cookies. When was the last time you had gingerbread cookies? They are sooooo good! Why don't we eat those all the time, instead of just around Xmas?
