Here's the 2nd bunch of pictures from the large Funko booth at the New York Toy Fair from 2018.

We probably could have taken more far-away group shots but then it's so hard to provide enough of a caption for each picture. For example; lots of funny Deadpools, and The Jetsons, and is that Rainbow Brite?! Also season two Stranger Things. These things have nothing in common! Except they are all POP!-ular?

What a climactic highlight this scene was in Game of Thrones. Spoiler alert: In order to fully re-create the moment, you need to feed the Ramsay Bolton figure to your dogs.

Here Comes The 2018 New York Toy Fair!

New York Toy Fair 2018! You may be visiting our blog because you got one of these trinkets? Much cooler than plain old business cards, right? We met lots of friendly people with lots of fun stuff and took lots of pictures! We'll try not to drag this out too long this year but that just means we plan on posting lots of pictures at once instead of little bits a lot. This first bunch of pictures is trip-related so toys will be posted soon!

Does this token count as a "toy?" We were giving them out for free so I guess we don't know business too well.

What Holiday Is It?

I wanted to do a Valentine's Day kind of post, but my friend said it might make him really sad this year. So we're going to skip it, and just do a bunch of random pictures to cheer him up.

Holiday shirts can be really funny but also keep in mind you're buying this shirt to wear one day a year? Who the luck cares! This shirt is lucking awesome.

Superbowl LII (52)

Happy Superbowl Sunday! The game is between the New England Patriots and the Philadelphia Eagles. We thought it might be fun to take pictures of the game and commercials and stuff, so let's see how that goes? It's a super-sized bunch of pictures!

We got the gang together to watch the game! From left to right; Harvest Bear, Nox, Snax, E.T., TheKyootnis, Fudgesicle, Minty (me!), Tock, Hanaka, Impulse, Borkley, Barkley, and Peppers. We're about an hour away from Philly so we are rooting for the Eagles! The Futon color was just a coincidence.

My Little Pony The Movie!

Okay this might require a bit more of a setup than usual. Back in October 2017 the My Little Pony movie released in theatres. Of course, as a pony, I'm a big fan of the series, so we certainly wanted to see the movie on the big screen. We did not rush to see it opening night and waited until the following Tuesday, when the local theatre has $5 tickets.

Well it turns out that nopony else had the same idea. At all. And this wound up being one of the most enjoyable movie experiences ever, as we got our own private screening of the movie! How ironic that we wind up seeing a movie about friendship alone?

The first thing we did was shout "Anypony mind if we use our phone!" as my friend called his brother. After a very short conversation, we did not want to talk through the whole movie, we contemplated taking blog pictures DURING the movie! What fun could have been had in that!?

Now that the Blu-Ray home version has been purchased, we can now give a suitable review of the movie like we could have given back when it released. Instead taking pictures of our TV screen instead of a movie screen. So enjoy the review!

Here's the poster at the theater back in October. The short review is that the movie was plenty good. Let's not pretend that a My Little Pony movie would be a contender for Best Movie EVER, but it was full of all the songs and friendship lessons you would expect it to have. It was noticed and appreciated that they used the voice actors from the TV show instead of trying to re-cast with popular celebrities. Because to MLP fans, the "real" voices are celebrities!
