Okay so we sort of skipped over the Easter pictures we had, so here's a few late pictures and some other fun stuff.
Even though we are far away from family, we still got to have some Easter fun thanks to the local Smashburger we visit every week. There was a raffle for an Easter treat basket which we wound up winning! It's a little awkward accepting this, which probably should have gone to a kid, but my friend's inner child was plenty excited.
Click on the "Read more" below, like opening a hidden egg?
So recently Smashburger took Fried Pickles off of the menu, but since we come here ever week, they continue making them for us! Which is also a little awkward but super nice and appreciated since we can't really get fried pickles at any other fast food places.
The best part of the Easter bucket was the $25 gift card! This helps a lot because Smashburger is pretty tasty, and they have the fried pickles, but it is a little on the expensive side. Make sure you fill out the survey on your receipt to get the free side next time!
This is what you get for putting the basket in the car in a sunny spot. This chocolate pop is all melted! The mini bars were buried in the green tinsel grass they didn't get all melty. There's some Ring Pops and a giant bubble wand in here, too.
I know it's Easter but don't hide me! What is nobody ever finds me? Then it really would be "Where's Minty?"
The refrigerator saved this pop and made it all solid again. It didn't look pretty but it still was sweet.
This bush outside was like ahhhhh....... ahhhhhhhhhh..... CHOOOOO!!!!! Bless you!
These flowers were like the most yellow thing we have ever seen. Is it me, or do these look like tiny banana bunches?
Poor Turbo didn't know what to make of this photo op. While we were trying to get a cute picture he was like "Are you going to give me the treat, or what?!!"
Do you think Batman has this ice cream in his utility belt? Quick Robin! get out the Bat Ice Cream this pony is in desperate need of a treat!
Abandoned radio found in a Target parking lot. We daydreamed about taking it to cause all sorts of mayhem, but just left it alone. What could you think to do with it? "We need all of the cookies moved to the display racks in the front."
This lone Star Wars Lego figure of Finn in his bacta-tank outfit was found wandering around the Easter clearance section. We know it's the exclusive figure from a book of some kind. After this photo op, my friend picked me up and put me back in the pocket, and later thought it would have been just as easy to have picked up this stray figure, too. He's such a goodie-goodie that it didn't even occur to him until a lot later. And technically it's wrong so I agreed with that.
I like bunny butts and I can not lie. You other ponies can't deny. That when a cookie walks by with a round thing in your face you get stuffed!
These Nerf pistols were in the Easter clearace for $0.49 each! That's like getting them out of a gumball machine!
Again we forgot about Cadbury Cream Eggs until we see them on clearance, but that's better anyway, right?
A few weeks later we see ice cream flavors for Harley Quinn and The Joker. I'm sure it's perfectly safe to eat villain food.
