It kind of amazes me that we can gather together a couple dozen photos each week of random junk that could possibly get some kind of entertaining captions. During the Covid Times and lack-of-adventures, at least we can share something you can keep checking in on.
There was a neat texture to the ground where the rain had fallen on the snow, and then re-froze. It's starting to rain um... water rain, and not freezy snow. So some of the snow is starting to go away where it's not piled up.
Saw this Stan Lee action figure and thought it was a nice way of him being able to continue with his fun "cameo" ability as he can interact with all of your other action figures.
Glanced down into the bin of Hot Wheels cars and saw this Japanese character on top of it. There seemed to be no translation available on the package, so how exactly do you look up a Japanese character translation? I don't think I can type that on my keyboard.
This is a big package that contains a lot of regular-sized Cadbury Creme Eggs, but of course you see it and think it's just one giant egg and... get me a spoon!
Just a week after it landed, we spotted the Hot Wheels for the Mars Perserverence Rover! I know the mission launched like a whole year ago, so there was plenty of time to make this thing, but still a little shocking to see it so soon after the news of its succesful landing. Also,... some kind of Taco Car.
Did you ever try pouring Coca-Cola into your coffee? No? Who does that? Apparently enough people to have them produce this. Is this more fancy, or less fancy?
Hmm... lots of Hot Wheels pics this week. That's coincidental. Here's Grogu's little floating crib thing that constantly gets trashed and then re-appears like nothing ever happened. Seriously, watch the show again and it keeps coming back after getting lost or damaged several times.
Went for a walk around Princeton's shopping street last weekend. I guess there were enough people not using masks for them to feel like they had to post these signs every 10 feet. Sure it's kind of outside but there's a lot of people around here.
Took this picture to say something like "are those "Kitten Bandages" kitten shaped bandages, or bandages specifically for kittens?" But after looking at these, they seem like a awesome idea to have band-aids that do not have the traditional shape. Can this be some kind of fashion sticker? Like a removable tattoo. Is it bad karma to wear one if you are not injured?
Is that an alpaca? That fluffy fur stuff makes it hard to tell. Whatever it is, that fur stuff is amazing.
I remember seeing these types of puzzles at the Toy Fair last year, with different-sized pieces so the whole family can do it together. And yeah, I guess I'm also getting a picture of the cute mermaid cats. Oh.. looking at the box it says they are... Purrmaids.
This totally looks like something I would have seen at the Toy Fair. At $5 a letter, how about we go with AL instead of Alexander?
There was a new giant Playmobil guy at the entrance to the toy store. He's wearing a mask over his mouth, his nose, and his one eye!
This is political manipulation at it's best? Worst? On one hand, I'm sure Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez would be thrilled to know they made an action figure for her. But like, did they get her permission? Is she getting any money out of it? As soon as she asks, she'd be considered "greedy" or something politically wrong. So they get away with it? Technically the package says AOC.... why? Hey if they ever made a figure out of Minty, I'd want a piece of that! Haha... what?? Also, fun to point out that there are only figures of good guys, with no villains (or only villains, with no good guys... to be fair... depending on your political views.)
Ugh that's too much politics, sorry. You want to eat outside? What a mess that snow is making.
Wandered down a different street and saw this multi-level shopping spot with some interesting architecture. It's like some kind of video game level, but for real.
I'm trying to cover up that dumpster with my head so it doesn't look all smelly in the back of this building. That is some funky artwork, what is going on there? They have straws that go into the pedestals? And what does that have to do with bicycles? Which is the shop this is on the wall of.
Sorry one more political picture. Saw this house and was thinking, yeah... your guy already won. Sworn in and everything. You can take the banner down now. Isn't it like... gloating at this point? Do you really hate your neighbors so much you feel like you need to rub it in?
Hahaha got a good laugh at the melting snow uncovering some hidden trash that was buried. I most certainly do not need to know the Real Deal about that.
Ooof! Wonder Woman, get in that kitchen and make me a sandwich! That's sarcasm, if I need to point that out on the Internet. There better not be any kind of sandwich recipe in this book. Who thought this was a good idea? One step forward and two steps back.
Who needs to buy 50 gift cards at once? Apparenty it was happening so often they felt the need to package them this way. Economics, eh? Your boss might be giving everyone gift cards this year.
My friend really likes cauliflower... now you can get it in... crackers? We did not immediately pick these up, but will probably try some at some point.
My friend almost legit slipped on a banana peel while getting out of his car one day. Thank goodness he was holding on to the door. Now we have to find the Mario Kart that put this here and go smack them with a turtle shell!
I think this Hot Wheels car was for the Chinese Zodiac Year of the Ox. But seeing the shape of the car and the horns and color, it could also be for the energy drink Red Bull.
Looks like Green Arrow gets his ammo at Walmart! Thinking about it, how come Green Arrow does not have an arch nemesis named Red Light?
