Merry Holiday! Let's see some fun Xmas pics! There's a couple of Hanukah pics, too. I'm not going to do the lame "did I spell that right?" joke. I spelled Christmas with the "X", too.
How about this? Fun Star Wars holiday shirt, but it comes with an exclusive mini POP! Figure? I don't think the shirt needed the figure, it's good enough all on its own.
I originally thought that Nubs from the Star Wars: Young Jedi cartoon was supposed to be an Ewok, but it turns out he's a new thing called a Pooba. Hey, Star Wars can have two planets with small teddy bear people.
Is dysentery funny enough to have hanging on your Xmas tree? Oregon Trail hopes so.
Reel in some kids! Holiday Tackle Box? I guess that's what this is, but it sounds wrong, kinda.
Can you imagine Barbie talking to Batman here? Cheer up, Batman, it's Christmas! Wear the outfit! And Batman grumbles but wears the outfit just to be nice to Barbie.
It's amazing that you can spell words with the "-izzle" at the end, any word, in any contextizzle, and it's a Snoop Dogg thing. That guy has his whole languagizzle!
HA! That's how you do it! This Menorah for holding Hanukah candles is perfect for also being a dinosaur. You know, because technically dinosaurs cannot celebrate Christmas. Clever.
I took this picture at the beginning of the season, when all the letters were still available. Do I need five stocking? As a pony, I could only use four.
I'll say it again, whoever thought of the Cinnamon Toast Crunch little square characters deserves some praise. They are adorable. Sugar Cookie and Gingerbread don't really go with "toast" but these look tempting anyway.
In the display at the Lego Store, there's a giant version of their cat set! Meow! The Santa hat is not included in the set though.
I took a close-up picture of the cat so you can see it's oddly a mixture of regular Lego bricks and giant not-really Lego pieces. That's a weird thing to do, you think?
Oh no! We saw a little abandoned duck in the parking lot! It's got a little red Xmas scarf on it. Probably fell out of somebody's cart. We picked him up and now he rides in the car with us. We'll make sure he's okay, I hope whoever lost him somehow knows he found a good home.
Neat! One of these ornaments for The Mandalorian is Peli Motto! She the mechanic buddy from Tatooine. They could have done a bunch of other characters instead, so it's just nice to point out they went with her.
The cute Gingerbread Man was waving it's arm. Don't call attention to yourself! Do you want people to eat you up? You know you're tasty, right?
I got a laugh when I saw this Wreath and Door buddies and then you think... That Wreath is going to sit on the Door's face. Ha.
This one pic requires a story. We stopped into the Lego Store, for just a minute, and when we left, there was a massive wall of people walking to the parking garage. All dressed up nice, and it took only a few overheard reviews of the ballerinas and nutcrackers for us to realize the Nutcracker Suite show must have just let out. We bolted back to the car, but it was already too late. Massive traffic jam in the parking garage as thousands of people were leaving at once. D'oh! And... it looks like we are stuck here for a while. We went back to walk around and check out the other nearby shops, rather than wait in the traffic.
The nearby arcade had a Jets bear in the claw machine! We are far away from New York, what's this bear doing in here? I mean, I'm a Jets fan, so I'm happy to see it, it's just not what you'd expect to find in Virginia.
Cute! This Gingerbread Stegosaurus looked like an awesome holiday thing to put on display every year. But... Dinosaurs don't really fit with Christmas, if you think about it. Nobody does though, so it might be okay.
There's the Arts Center where the show was. I can't be mad. It's my fault for not knowing about the shows.
No. It's impossible to be both Jell-O AND candy cane. Those things are completely different. Jell-O is smushy, and candy canes are rock-solid.
Busted! They are selling the skateboarding Elf on the Shelf right next to the Elf on a Shelf... wheelchair? Wipeout!
Turn it up! Radio stations are still a thing, and they were broadcasting from the mall. Neat. It didn't occur to me until later that I probably could have gotten a free bumper sticker if I walked past them.
My friend has mixed feelings about these ornaments. He used to work at a place where he had to program laser machines to target the hats with names. setting coordinates and margins, for dozens of ornaments with various numbers of hats. It was exhausting and took a long time. But... he doesn't have to do that anymore. So it's relief and remembered-stress at the same time.
Check it out! Barnes & Noble with an exclusive Lego set gift-with-purchase, or GWP. Usually only the actual Lego Store does that.
Hallmark does awesome ornaments for Star Wars and Star Trek, here's one for Galaxy Quest! Never give up, never surrender!
When you push the button on this Star Trek ornament, it plays the entire dialogue between Data and Spock, where they talk about logic and how Data has no emotions and Spock is jealous, while Spock rejects his emotions making Data jealous. It's an epic scene.
Did I get you a gift? It's my sarcasm!
What? It's a big lazy frog tree? Is this from something I don't know about? This thing is huge!
I can't remember if I got a picture of the giant Playmobil Santa before. It looked shiny and new, so probably not. But it might have just been cleaned well, too.
Sure, holiday.... noodles. That's a holiday thing we all know about. We all do holiday noodles.
I guess this works. Maple syrup was in the movie Elf. Yeah, it's okay.
I was going to say that the hollow candy cane filled with M&Ms is a stocking stuffer staple. Every year we get the big hollow cany cane filled with M&Ms! But... these are not M&Ms? Hershey's... Hersey-ets? Is that the name they went with? I guess H&Hs would have been too close. My friend wonders if he ever got these and just never thought they were not just M&Ms now.
Why buy a pre-built gingerbread house? I guess you could still decorate it, but still... And I thought the gingerbread house Barn was funny thinking about filling it with candy, like that's what you farm next to it... candy.
Truly a miracle. Really anything that's supposed to last one day, but lasts for eight days is amazing, but this is so relatable since we've all been there with the phones.
This was in the holiday section so I'll include it with the holiday pics. I'm not trying to increase my page search results using buzzwords like Kelce Brothers, Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce, Jason Kelce, um.... Kansas City Cheifs... Um... Eras Tour? I'm sure the book covers all of this. This is basically the fairy tale of the football star and the cheerleader, or like, the knight and the princess. I can't even make a joke, they both seem like genuine cute people, both of them together. That's part of why the story is so popular.
For those of you that have trouble with the holidays... Take a big dump on it! Make sure you buy the pine tree air freshener for the bathroom to go with this theme.
Tic-Tacs were another stocking stuffer standard. I'm not a fan of "trick" candy where you don't know the flavors, so naughty/nice random Tic-Tacs sounds horrible. Good luck to you if you want go give it a try. Shout out to the Xmas miracle of the nutrition information on the package... it's a ZEROs! Eat as many as you want! Merry Xmas! And Happy Hanukah! And Happy anything-else if I'm forgetting.
