Creepy Crawly Thing

Super random picture sharing time.

Caught this thing climbing the wall in the apartment. Thankfully it cooperated into the jar but it made a brief OMG dash away on it's 30 or so legs. It would have been impossible to sleep had it gotten away. Even in the jar, the thought of it having other friends is keeping us awake a little.

Allentown part 2

We got enough pictures for another posting wandering around Allentown New Jersey. Just a lazy Sunday afternoon adventure day.

There was a small park over there on the side of the lake. There was not many people outside today probably due to the gloomy sky and very small amount of drizzle.

After we visited the awesome local comic shop Tinkerbeee's, we took a stroll around the village of Allentown.

It's a Town and a Village? Allen is a confused guy who couldn't make up his mind. They might need to update their sign with more modern-looking car icons.

Should we be happy or worried that Facebook mind reading algorithms randomly displayed an ad for a local comic shop we had never before visited? It was not that far away and we were excited to go check it out. But seriously, how did Facebook know?

It was in one of those old townes that seem to be common around here. We wandered around and got some more pictures of the town but this bunch is all from the store.

Princeton Battlefield Clarke House

This looks amazingly good for a house that supposedly several hundred years old. I guess they don't build 'em like they used to.

Princeton Battlefield part 1

While driving past Princeton, we spotted a historic battlefield. So we planned our next bike trip to stop by and check it out for some pictures. 

Here's the sign. This battle was from the Revolutionary War between the American Colonists and the British. That's some history!
