Stuff Wars

What kinds of treasures can you take home from the Galaxy's Edge? The Black Spire Outpost on Batuu has lots of goodies. Be sure to get them while you are there, because you'll not find them in any other Disney park's stores. Not even in the Disney Springs big store. Had we known, I might have made sure to pick up some extra fridge magnets for gifting souvenirs.

This picture we got in the Launch Bay section outside of Batuu, over where the original Star Tours ride is. I guess an actor-signed photo is not the type of thing a Star Wars character could get, so it's not in the Galaxy's Edge.

Han's Dice! My friends had a debate over these since Han gave them to Qi'ra for several years, were they symbolic of their relationship, and therefore inappropriate to be "special" to Leia in The Last Jedi. But the point was made that they were always Han's dice and represented him alone. Qi'ra was always meant to give them back to him. Also, haha yay nerdy Star Wars conversations!

My friend usually likes to get cheesy fridge magnets to places he's traveled. He thought he could get these later at Disney Springs but they were not there. Next time...

The temperatures dropped a little for the next few days. This hoodie would have been cool to have. Um, I mean... warm to have? That text says "Batuu" which is the planet you're on.

It wasn't until much later that we all realized we forgot to get some of these "collectible" soda bottles with the Coka Cola and Sprite logos in aurebesh. Disney never thought these would be so popular for collecting.

You can buy authentic outfits in the shops, but discouraged to wear them around here. So you don't get confused with real-planet staff.

The stuffed plush characters have a home-made look to them, so they look like something a character in the movie would have. Remember, you're on their planet, not the other way around.

Asoka! Happy to see she gets some merchandise, along with all those other much-more-famous characters.

My friend can't remember where he saw this Tooka Doll. Later when he looks it up, he might have wished he got it when he had the chance?

You can buy the Bith instruments from the band Modal Nodes. Good luck learning to play "Mad About Me" on it. Fun fact: there were six musicians in the band, yet that song was recorded with eight instruments.

You can get your own non-holographic Dejarik "chess" game like the one in the Millennium Falcon. Does it come with rules for how to play? Is there an actual rule that says you have to let the Wookie win?

Get your best Watto voice ready and say "We'll decide it using a chance cube, eh?" They only rolled one of these in the movie, but they were a bigger part of the Young Jedi collectible card game my friends played a lot of.

Speaking of Watto, the toy shop has a little Toydarian charater in the sign. Toydarian Toys? Somebody is clever.

The creature shop has all kinds of fun critters. I think this was on Naboo? You can squeeze it and it makes a funny honking noise.

This baby Neebray is adorable. They grow to be larger than starships, so be careful raising this pet.

Take home your own Loth-cat? Any more than 4 of these, and you are officially a Crazy Loth-cat Lady.

Jabba's pet Salacious Crumb was one of these Kowakian monkey-lizards, but not as colorful. Did this one come from the space-Amazon-space-rain forest?

Keep the jacket, it suits you! That text up there says "hope."

That pistol up there in the upper right looks familiar! I wonder if THAT is for sale?!! I bet with that thing, you'd always shoot first.

This Star Tours ship, from the original ride, has been in new Disney Star Wars stuff, so it's considered an official thing. I might have taken this picture off of Batuu in another Hollywood Studios gift shop.

Yeah pretty sure this picture was from the gift shop outside of Star Tours, too. This year's Xmas themed Droid Factory um... droid BB-19H. If you don't remember, the "droid factory" is a section in a few gift shops with tiny action figure sized droid parts to assemble your own. They offer holiday themed ones pre-made for you.

Where do you keep all of your Droid Factory droids? In the Jawa Sandcrawler, of course! UTINI! Um, how would you fit this in your luggage, really. That thing is huge!

Okay this I remember is back on Batuu in the First Order gift shop. That shuttle outside is officially a "Tie Echelon" and you can get one for your own home, too. Gotta admit, it is super cool looking.

Oh yeah, like with the Jedi robes, you can purchase a legit Stormtrooper outfit. Good luck patrolling your local Walmart in this thing.

Yep, a legit First Order Stormtrooper outfit will cost you $6,615. I guess they take your measurements and ship it to you later. No discounts, no returns. My wallet says "Aren't you a little short for a Stormtrooper?"

There are much less expensive kids versions. Looks like your Stormtrooper kid will be looking for droids on Tatooine. Also, buy yourself a replica Kylo Ren mask and smash it to pieces in anger.

Haha they have replica versions of the space handcuffs called Binders. Remember the scene where Luke tried to put them on Chewy and got yelled at? Okay Han..., you put these on Chewy. Why do those foam pads make these look like they would be rather comfy to wear?
